Abstract

The article analyzes a functional corporate law strategy and its impact on the creation of a sustainable marketing strategy within the concept of corporate social responsibility. The authors of the publication follow up on previous publication outputs and scientific researches of the Institute of Industrial Engineering and Management of the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology of the Slovak Technical University in Trnava on the importance of functional business strategies of industrial enterprises, and they present obtained data via results of the questionnaire research Sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility No. 9.
