This article deals with the coexistence of different generations in labor-market. The generation gap is a crucial issue of todays´ world. The aim of the article is to define, based on different studies, each generation group and to point out their distinctions and similarities. This will allow outlining the possibilities of their management, mainly of the most relevant group: Millennials who will influence labor-market by 50% share until 2050. Reading up plenty of sources forewent the Grant Vega Agency (1/0348/17) research by the title: “The impact of the coexistence of different generations of employees on the sustainable performance of organizations”. These activities will be used as an empirical platform supporting the scientific, academic and managerial practice.
